As a player in the automotive industry, we measure the impact of climate and social changes on our daily lives every day: scarcity of resources, growing social inequalities, etc.
Our goal is therefore to act to limit and reduce these environmental and social impacts, by implementing a corporate policy that integrates all elements of social responsibility, to develop the eco-design of our products throughout their life cycles, while adopting a responsible purchasing policy, and by improving our economic performance sustainably.
We strive to carry out our activities by adopting ethical behavior, in complete transparency, in compliance with the legal framework and Human Rights.
The Men and Women of VT2i are the very essence of our company, and therefore the quality of life, and their good working conditions are essential to us.
We have defined the essential issues for VT2i in terms of sustainable development, while taking into account the requirements of our stakeholders, to integrate them into the global strategy of our company.
VT2i wishes through its activity, its various environmental, social, & institutional approaches, to actively contribute to the economic development of its territory.
Our approach has obtained various recognitions, such as ISO 14001 certification and soon TISAX certification, or a "SILVER TOP 15% level" medal (90/100) on the CSR performance evaluation platform, ECOVADIS.
Our desire is to instill sustainable development in all our employees, as well as in our value chain, for this to become a project carried by all, because everyone has their role to play.
